I. Instrument Application
Harvested fruits and vegetables remain independent living organisms, and respiration is essential for their survival. Respiration is the primary physiological metabolic process for horticultural products such as fruits and vegetables after harvesting. Respiration intensity is an indicator of the strength of respiration and is a crucial indicator for studying the physiological changes of fruits and vegetables after harvesting and for storage, transportation, and preservation.
This fruit and vegetable respiration analyzer uses a dual-wavelength infrared carbon dioxide analyzer and a 7-inch Android display. It is specifically designed for measuring and analyzing the respiration intensity of fruits and vegetables under storage conditions such as ambient temperature, cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, and supermarket freezers.
The instrument's features include the ability to select respiration chambers of different volumes according to the size of the fruits and vegetables, accelerating equilibration and measurement time; and direct display of CO2 concentration, O2 concentration, temperature, and humidity within the respiration chamber, along with their variation curves.
