Respiration intensity is an indicator of the strength of respiration and a crucial factor in studying post-harvest physiological changes and preserving fruits and vegetables during storage and transportation.This fruit and vegetable respiration analyzer uses a dual-wavelength infrared carbon dioxide analyzer and a 7-inch Android display, specifically designed for measuring and analyzing the respiration intensity of fruits and vegetables under various storage conditions, including ambient temperature, cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, and supermarket freezers.A key feature of this instrument is its ability to select respiration chambers of varying volumes based on the size of the fruits and vegetables, accelerating equilibration and measurement time. It also allows direct operation and display of the CO2 concentration, O2 concentration, temperature, and humidity within the respiration chamber, along with their corresponding change curves.

I. Instrument Application


Harvested fruits and vegetables remain independent living organisms, and respiration is essential for their survival. Respiration is the primary physiological metabolic process for horticultural products such as fruits and vegetables after harvesting. Respiration intensity is an indicator of the strength of respiration and is a crucial indicator for studying the physiological changes of fruits and vegetables after harvesting and for storage, transportation, and preservation.


This fruit and vegetable respiration analyzer uses a dual-wavelength infrared carbon dioxide analyzer and a 7-inch Android display. It is specifically designed for measuring and analyzing the respiration intensity of fruits and vegetables under storage conditions such as ambient temperature, cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, and supermarket freezers.


The instrument's features include the ability to select respiration chambers of different volumes according to the size of the fruits and vegetables, accelerating equilibration and measurement time; and direct display of CO2 concentration, O2 concentration, C2H4 concentration, temperature, and humidity, along with their variation curves, within the respiration chamber.

6. Allows input of information such as the type, name, weight, origin, and harvest date of the tested fruits or vegetables;


7. Supports Wi-Fi and 4G network connectivity; data can be wirelessly uploaded to a cloud platform;


8. 16GB storage space, capable of storing over 100,000 data entries;


9. Data can be directly exported to a USB flash drive via the USB interface;


10. Results can be printed and uploaded directly after testing;
